Five-time world #1 DJ Armin van Buuren has been a pillar of support for Tenishia for many years, and the Dutch DJ continues to push the international Maltese act onwards and upwards. Ahead of his upcoming visit to Malta in July to perform at Unite with Tomorrowland, Van Buuren has featured two new tracks from Tenishia.
The all-new track Stella was handpicked by Armin himself and kept exclusively for his 2019 A State of Trance CD compilation which was released at the beginning of this month, while the Protoculture Remix of Tenishia's Point of Return was announced a day ahead of its release on May 9 on Armin’s radio show.
The friendship between the two DJs has been building up since 2006 when Tenishia, back then still a duo, signed their first track to Armin’s very own record label, Armada. Van Buuren had even introduced Tenishia on stage in Malta back in 2008 which gave the duo a big breakthrough on the local scene and eventually at an international level.
Since then Armin has world-premiered almost every Tenishia track on his own radio show, and included several of their tracks on countless CD compilations. He has also performed with Tenishia in various events around the world.
