Local psychedelic/post punk band The Velts have just released a new track titled Season Of The Prey. The new single, which follows the band's 2016 release She's Like The Sun, which continues to be a radio favorite till this date, and is accompanied by a music video that was launched earlier this week. The band's latest release was recorded together with several other tracks last September.
The Velts will be supporting local indie titans Beangrowers on Sunday, June 25 at a gig the two bands will be performing at the recently-opened venue The Garage in Zebbug. Brikkuni’s Mario Vella will be stepping in with a DJ set for the occasion.
To mark the release of Season of the Prey, The Velts will be handing out very limited interactive posters to the first 15 attendees at the gig. Each poster will have a unique QR code which allows smartphone users to download Season Of The Prey together with another unreleased track to their phones.
