You may already know them from the band Pebble Beach, the band that debuted on the local scene with Patience back in May 2018. While the rest of their fellow band members were otherwise occupied, Jacob and Jamie got together to work on some ideas that the former had been toying around with. This eventually led to the formation of a new project by the name of The Glades. This time around however, bassist Jacob takes on the main vocal duties, with guitarist Jamie providing the backing vox. As was the case with Pebble Beach. the core influence behind The Glades' sound remains rooted in 1970s psychedelia. Debut single Hide oozes an evident retro feel in both sound and production, and is a commendable first step for this project.
