Popular weekly radio show ROCKNA, which airs every Friday evening on Radio 101, recently broadcast its 250th edition, making it quite possibly the longest-running show of its kind on the Maltese airwaves. As of last month the show, hosted by DJ, music journalist and all-round Maltese music scene supporter Michael Bugeja has been sponsored by Hard Rock Cafe Malta. The international franchise, now celebrating its 15th year in Malta, has always enjoyed a strong relationship with the local scene and has constantly supported our homegrown musical talent. With the radio show's 5th anniversary coming up next month, ROCKNA and Hard Rock Cafe Malta have teamed up to stage an extended special edition of the show. In line with the countless live sessions that have featured during ROCKNA to date, the anniversary edition, which will be broadcast live from the Hard Rock Bar at the Valletta Waterfront, will feature live performances from Fuzzhoneys, Jane Doe, Massacre House Party and nosnow/noalps.
