Beland Events recently announced the dates for the 2015 edition of the Beland Music Festival. Now in its fifth consecutive year, the festival will run from May 27 to 30, offering four jam-packed festival dates that will feature a mix of local and foreign talent. Eagerly anticipated by many, the festival, which is held in Bulebel on the outskirts of Zejtun, has grown in size to become a leading attraction for music fans of all ages.
Theevent will kick off with a special concert from Airport Impressions on Wednesday, May 27, with supporting performances from MilkMi and Xarulu’. On Thursday, the #1 UK Pink Floyd tribute band Think Floyd will present a brand new show that includes the classic 1975 album Wish You Were Here - arguably one of the band’s finest works - in its entirety, further to which the band will also throw in tracks from other top Floyd albums. The band Paradox will be supporting.
On Friday night, IraLosco will take to the stage together with her bandin what should be another unforgettable performance, one of a very limited number of showsthe popular artist will be playingthis year. Local acts Funk Initiative and Infinite Loop will be supporting.
Last but not least, Europe's leading Bon Jovi tribute act Dream Company will be bringing the festival to a close with a perofrmance that promises no less than 3 hours of classic tunes from the New Jersey rock legends’ extensive repertoire.
Entrance to the festival is free but donations in aid of Puttinu Cares will be collected.
